The CED Axiom Double Pole 1 MOD S/P DEICE SPD 20 KA 18MM 1P+N+PE is designed to give protection for fatal electric surge by reducing to safe levels the value. It also protect household and commercial distribution systems. This units disconnects both line and neutral going feeds on trip with 30mA tripping current and should be used along with MCB eg 32A to detect short circuit and overload current. L-N is 2.5mm2, Torque is 1.2Nm. N-PE is 4mm2, Torque is 2.0Nm.
